Hours of Operation:
    The Board Office is open from 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday,
    with the exception of usual holidays.

    All inquiries, requests and comments shall be directed to this office,
    rather than to individual Board members.

Schedule of Fees for Documents and Official Notifications:

  • To be on the mailing list to receive official notice of rule making activity or notice of Regular and Special Meetings of the Board:
    $10.00 per year; PLUS $5.00 per proposed rule
     
  • To be on the mailing list to receive copies of the Minutes of Regular and Special Meetings of the Board:
    (Note that minutes are not released until approved by the Board at the following meeting)
    $5.00 per Board meeting
     
  • Copying and mailing of other public documents maintained by the Board Office which are requested on a one-time basis:
    $1.00 per page for requested materials.
     
  • Board publications:
    Orientation Handbook: For less than 10 copies - $5.00 each / 10 or more copies - $2.50 each
    Laws and Rules Booklet: For less than 10 copies - $5.00 each / 10 or more copies - $2.50 each
General Policies for Document Requests:
  • Document requests which are made on an annual basis are for the fiscal year beginning July 1 and ending June 30.
  • Fees are payable in full for the entire year, and are not pro rated.
  • Document request renewal fees are payable on or before July 1 for the following fiscal year.
  • All requests for documents which are to be mailed shall be in writing.
  • Payment shall be received at the Board Office before documents are sent.
  • Fees shall be paid by money order, certified check, or cashiers check.
